Nice looking blinds. Very easy to install with basic tools, drill and screwdriver. Purchased professional custom blinds for living room but should have used Blindster.

The blinds worked out just great. I think the quality is good for the price and i'll be buying more for my other windows.

Shades arrived in a timely manner and were easy to install. Unfortunately within the first day of installing a top down, bottom up 59.5" shade one of the cords that lift the shade up and down (not the ones the operator pulls on but the ones in the center of the shade) broke. A year later, the same cord rubbed away from use and snapped. The same is happening with another of my shades that we frequently lift and lower. The material of the cords seems flimsy. I returned my 59" shade twice for repair (for free). Customer service was super responsive and the repair was really fast. The downside is that I had to pack up and return the shade BEFORE they sent me a new one and at 59" it was an awkward object to package and I had a shadeless window. Has anyone else had this problem with the cords wearing away and then snapping? Overall, the service was fantastic, and the look of the shade is really nice...the cords though, need to be made a little heftier.

I purchased the blind for our master bedroom. The window is two windows (in one frame)that wind out from the center. After six or seven attempts and two chats with customer service, we finally got the blind installed (by removing the center bracket). The blind looks nice and functions as it should.

Double cell w/white on the outside, linen on the inside, love the color, texture & look from the inside & out. Love the fact their thicker, I'm hoping this really helps keep the heat in for winter. I got these to help keep the sun out in the summer as well, so far they work really well. They are light filtering which is great because they don't blackout the room. At night, from the outside, you can see that lights are on inside but that's it. The only thing I found difficult was the installation. We got the longest shade, 100 inches, it came with 5 brackets, no matter what we did, it kept falling down. I went with the continuous loop cord vs the cordless because it seemed too long to go cordless. It would fall down with even the gentlest pull on that side when lifting/lower the loop. We called, got more brackets, all together there are 10 now! I feel secure with this now. Blindster live chat took less than 2 minutes & they sent xtra brackets no chg I'm very pleased with them overall.
