“I looked at most of the online retailers for blind and got samples. Blinster offered a good value and was very helpful on the phone. The shades came on time and look great. My husband had no trouble installing them. I would use them again and do recommend them.”

“I had originally ordered 8 shades which were fine but I didn't like the color, even though the color was exactly as shown online. I inquired about a refund, expecting a fight. I found out that I could get a full credit toward a new order, less a few bucks processing fee. I was pleasantly shocked. I ordered a total of 11 shades, plain white, and even received a small refund. I gave a 4 for Quality because one shade won't go up without the cord going slack. What a great company. I would definitely do business with them again.”

“This is my second purchase from Blindster, and Blindster is now my "go to" place for window blinds. The product arrives exactly as ordered, and installation instructions are very clear. The key in ordering is to measure windows carefully, top to bottom, left to right. Then measure again and even again so you are positive of the dimensions of the window. Order exactly to your measurements.”

“I lost a huge oak tree in my yard which had shaded the rear of the house. Once the tree was gone, the morning sun poured through two large windows into the room there and heated it up to an unacceptable degree. The solution was to install Blindster's insulating, pleated shades. The product is of good quality. Service was excellent. Installation was straightforward and easy. Lowering the shades each morning for the few hours the sun is on that side of the house keeps the room at a more acceptable temperature. I am very pleased with the product and highly recommend Blindster.”

“This product is high quality and easy to install once you have the correct hardware. I was sent the wrong hardware in the beginning and after a phone call and sending pictures customer service was able to get me what I needed. Blindster's customer service people were great. They helped me make the correct measurements and help with my hardware issue. I couldn't thank them enough. I had three treatments made inside one very large frame and the pleats matched perfectly.”
