“I received notice of shipment two days after placing my order, and it arrived three days later. It was someone else's order! The box had two labels on it, mine in Phoenix and someone in Brooklyn, NY. It was the weekend and Blindster is closed, but Monday I called about the problem. Monday PM FedEx arrived with my correct order! I mentioned to the driver what happened, and he gladly picked up the Brooklyn order and said they would take care of delivery. The blinds are very nice, the color is perfect. By the fourth one I was pretty fast at installing them. There is no handle or tab to pull down for the top down cordless feature. The fit was perfect in our windows, very professional looking. Need a control in shipping to be sure the right labels get on the right boxes--you can't always rely on FedEx to fix your mistakes.”

“My son and daughter-in-law just bought their first home and I got them this window treatment as a house-warming gift. It was delivered on time and in great shape. They managed to get it installed themselves pretty easily. It looks great and "fits like a glove". I would definitely order from Blindster.com again.”

“I was drawn to Blindster products by the price, but obviously you get what you pay for (or less). Even though, they were very easy to install, the construction of the blinds was disappointing. When you raise or lower the blinds, mechanism is very tight and feels like it is scraping on the corners and the blinds are never horizontally level when raised or lowered.”
