“I recently ordered 4 spring return roller shades. They arrived within a week. Installation was simple and all parts were included. I had some difficulty with one spring return, adjusted several times per the well written instructions, but pulled too hard and broke the flat metal piece used to tension the spring clean off. I called to get my options and was told they would provide a new shade at no cost. Awesome customer service and replaced within another week!”

“This is my first time installing blinds and everything has gone smoothly. I did have to learn that the bottom of my windows is a lot narrower but Blindster easily replaced them.”

“Directions were not clear what is a plunger. Needs diagram of parts. Last point.... After opening the packaging the shade has an eight inch drop and trying to roll that up and get past the connector is extremely difficult! It took hours!!!!! The bottom of the cover has scratched paint!”
