“Roller shades have a round pin on one end and a flat pin on the other. They come with one kind of bracket for the round pin, and a different kind of bracket for the flat pin. We ordered a forward-rolling shade. The shade we received had the flat pin on the left end, so we had to install the flat-pin on the left side of the window. When this was done, the bracket faced outward instead of inward. It should face inward. This was annoying. It made me wonder if I received a regular-rolling shade instead of forward-rolling as I had ordered. I called about this, thinking I may have received the wrong brackets, but received replacement brackets that were exactly the same as the original brackets. I installed it anyways, and it works, so I didn't pursue this any further.”

“A bit difficult to install the one with the valance, but after a call to customer service we were able to manage through it. The included directions could be clearer.”

“This is the second office I have outfitted with Blindster shades. The first ones were full blackout. They are easy to install, work well, and look good. This shade actually blocks more light than I expected making it a little darker in the office. But I have yet to actually see them with direct sunlight. We really like the color as it blends well and fits our decor.”

“The product is great, but didn't fit well, due to a tiny mis-measurement (our fault). The cost to mail them back for replacement was too high, so we settled for shades that are slightly too small.”

“Love our shades. We did not want to go the curtain route so decided to try these instead. Easy to install and provide just enough light filter and privacy. Would highly recommend these products. Be sure to measure accurately”
