“Because this was my first time ordering from Blindster, I ordered just one roller shade to check the quality before ordering a full set. The first shade was an inside window mount and was a white light filtering type. The material was fabric and of good quality. Since this was an inside mount, I used the smallest horizontal measurement. The shade was a good fit (maybe a little bit too tight - one side has a pin that is spring loaded and pushes in about 1/4" which makes for a snug fit). I was pleased with the quality of the first shade, then ordered 5 more shades to complete the living room. One shade was for a door with glass windows and used an outside mount. Another shade was for a single window with an inside mount (like the first shade I ordered). The next three were for one window that had three sections (the center part of the window was wide and the two outer sections of the window were narrow - all three were an inside mount). The center section was about 50" wide and the two outer sections were about 26" wide). The door shade was an outside mount, so I ordered the shade with a measurement that would overlap the window in the door by about 1/2". The shade material is a little short of what I wanted, but just covers the window. I called in and I guess I misunderstood the instructions, as the representative said they take off about 3/4" on each side of the material for the hardware. I would think for an outside mount, the measurement should be the width of the actual material of the shade. I was concerned about the shades fitting properly for the last window, so I called in to ask to determine the size of each shade. I was told to make the width of the three shades (added together) equal the width of the window frame. I was still a little bit concerned that the spring loaded end pins would interfere with each other, so I took off 1/8" on each of the shades. I was right and the shades do slightly interfere with one another. One of the shades rubs against the hanger and doesn't want to roll up or down easily. I think if I loosen the hangers just a little bit so they can move sideways just a little, then it will roll freely. So, would I order again from Blindster? Definitely! Good prices, good fast service and good quality. I think for most windows that are a simple single mount, you'll have no problems. For a more complex window with multiple shades, I would create a diagram with measurements and send it to Blindster for their recommendation.”

“They arrived creased and it's over 2 weeks it's still creased I think the problem is that they are very thin they have no body we r not happy at all ,sorry to say that”

“The roll down easily, but even with adjustment, they don't roll up as easily as they should. One of the shades had additional material along the right edge, but overall, they seem like a good deal so far. We have had them up a week plus as of now.”

“The shades were pretty much what I expected and more. They provide privacy and are of much higher quality than the vinyl shades I almost purchased, which may have cost more. I found that it has become more difficult to find. I am so glad to have discovered Blindster at the very last minute.”
