“I don't think one is rolled quite straight so it is hard to move up and down. I had a previous order where this happened to one in an order of 5 and I just tend to not use it, but leave it at one place on the window.”

“Hi Folks, My purchase was for 16 roller shades. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase. I did have to shorten 1 of the shades to make it fit. On 3 of the shades the tension mechanism had to be reversed. 1 of the shades was missing the proper support bracket. I was assisted in correcting these minor errors. A little better quality control in your manufacturing process is in order.”

“I am having challenges with the large inside brackets. My house was built in 1940 & the window frames are curved so I have no flat surface”
