“The size was off by one quarter inch.needed 40 inches,was 40.25. Had to remove the end caps on the valence to get the shade to fit. Still looks good without the caps. I would use your company again though.”

“The quality of the material is really sub par... Feels like papyrus paper...where are the hieroglyphics? I really wanted to like this product but unfortunately it's just not high-quality. I guess you get what you pay for.”

I'm sorry you aren't happy with your shades. I will contact you so you can take advantage of our Satisfaction Guarantee. We really do encourage getting the free samples before ordering any fabric shades. The difference can be very dramatic.
