“We ordered a blind that was 100"+ wide. Even with the extra shipping cost (due to its length), there was still a $500 savings over our other quote. If I had to give a suggestion for improvement, I would say that the fabric was very stiff and scratchy. I expected a slightly more open woven type fabric, however, it serves the purpose in this commercial space.”

“I have been ordering blinds from Blindster.com for several years now and have never an issue. There was some damage on one of my shades on my recent order but I notified them & they replaced it immediately, no questions asked. High quality window treatments for a very reasonable price. One disappointed is the $70 additional shipping charge for longer blinds. Unfortunately, due to that high charge, my next order will probably be from a local company.”

“These shades are just the right thickness -- thin enough to let a lot of light through during the day, but opaque enough that people can't see in at all from the outside. Installation isn't quite as easy as the top down bottom up shades, but is still relatively straightforward. It was great to have the opportunity to test sample swatches, and we're really happy with the result.”
