“Love these shades. I've paid a lot of money for blinds in the past & I like these better. They don't obstruct your view since they roll up tight. I got the valances as well, which hides all the hardware parts. Also like the metal chain which is very durable. The rooms get direct sun & these do the job keeping it out & provide some darkness during the day. They aren't blackout shades but work great for my needs.”

“I have ordered a Width 46", Height 46" shade. the one received is width is 44.5, not 46. Result of that lights come through the window. Not happy about it.. Even in their paper (Red paper)with the order detail clearly saying 46 X46.. Actual product doesn't match with it. I have total 12 windows. I wanted to buy one and see... I am not happy about it.. I have ordered one from another place lets see”

I'm sorry you weren't happy with your roller shades. All window coverings that are mounted inside the window should be ordered using the actual window opening width (for roller shades use only the width at the top of the window). The top of a roller (outside bracket to outside bracket) is the widest point of the shade and is made just slightly smaller (1/4 inch deduction for this product but it varies by factory). The fabric will actually be made 1 1/4 inch less than the ordered width. This deduction is necessary because the operating components must fit onto the end of the tube. In addition, the fabric can't be wider than the tube or the mechanisms will damage the fabric. It looks like the fabric your shade may have been made 1/4 inch too narrow. I will contact you directly to get the details so we can get it remade to the correct width. Or we can remake it at a wider width under our Fit or Free Policy. We will pay for the replacement shade, you pay $15 for the shipping plus the price difference (if any) if the new shade costs more than the original shade.

“These shades were purchased to darken a parrot room so they can sleep. They were easy to install and really do a good job. I am ordering another one for the side window!”
