“There is an issue with these blinds that sometimes the motor spindle comes off on both ends during the shipping and it’s easy most of the times but there will always be one that becomes an issue. I ordered three and 2 of them I could put it back and the third one is very finicky and it jumps everytime I open or close. Yes I tried all the resetting and pairing a few times it’s because of the alignment of the spindle on both ends. Also noticed the valence cover on both ends are very flimsy and don’t look nicely closed.”
