“Shade shipped very quickly, even during busy holiday rush. Boxing and all hardware were in excellent condition. Instructions were easy, hardest part of the install was doing the "clipping" of the main shade into the clips. Install of the tension cord was also easy. Works and looks beautiful!”

“I think the shades look great. They aren't 100% room darkening and the metal cord to open and close them is a bit difficult to maneuver. The customer service team was great and I would recommend this product. The instructions of how to install can be made easier. I had to go online and see how it was done but very easy to install once you know what to do.”
