“I was surprised the wood vertical blinds were not wood. They are thin vertical material (vinyl) with a stamped "wood-ish" design. Had I known that I could have purchased at any vertical blind store. They are mid-grade. I expected something more substantial.”

Hi Patricia, I am sorry to hear that the Faux Wood Blinds were not what you expected. This is definitely a reason why we do suggest ordering free samples prior to purchasing so that you can view the material firsthand. We also do mention on our specifications page on the first bullet point that these provide the "Look of real wood with the durability of PVC". Again I apologize about any confusion.
