“My blind is very nice. I had 1 cracked hole at top of vane and asked company to send me a replacement and then sent me 5 vanes and some vane savers to put at top if anymore holes break. They also gave me a discount of 15% because they were running a special after I ordered mine. The only complaint is they should tell you up front that you will be paying shipping on large blinds. I thought the shipping would be free until I placed my order. Also, I suggest they send you a few extra vanes and clip savers in your order in case any are damaged or they break in future. “I am working on installing blinds in my home 1 room at a time. My first order from Blindster was about a month ago. I was very pleased at the quality, price, and delivery time of my order. My new blinds exceeded my expectations and were very easy to install. I was a bit disappointed in my second order because a couple of the slats were broken and the middle brace was cracked. I was very happy at how easy it was to contact customer service, how professionally Kelley from customer service handled my complaint, and how quickly my issue was resolved. I am looking forward to working with Blindster to finish the rest of my home and will be recommending this company to anyone that is interested.”

“While I love the overall quality and fit of the blinds, especially compared with big box stores, I do have a few recommendations: 1. Installation of the header on the inside mount is challenging because it is mounted directly to the interior of the slider frame and there is no hardware for it. You drill the holes directly into the plastic and those holes have to line up the holes drilled for the rail. 2. When I opened the blinds the first time, the knot in the traverse piece slipped out of it's hole. I had to use a small piece of thin stiff wire to feed the line back through all the the louver clips and re-tie the knot. This would have been easier had I thought to unscrew the tension device for the bead chain. Oops.... 3. I do not like the header at all.I wish it matched the header on the 5 wood horizontal blinds I have in that room. I will be going to a lumber store soon, picking out trip that matches, staining it, and possibly using a few bent decking straps to secure it.”

“Very happy with value, quality, and how quick it was delivered.. My one huge issue is I paid extra for the wood appearance and the slide stick is bright WHITE.... SO it dramatically sticks out... Especially because i ordered a darker wood so the lays right against the dark color and makes the slide stick very noticeable. I'm glad i only ordered one to test it out before i placed an order for my entire house.”
