“Our most recent order was lost in delivery. Carrier said there was nothing they could do and we needed to contact Blindster to see if there was anything they could do. Blindster is having our order remade and will contact us when it is shipped. We have been pleased with their service when all goes well and when things done turn out right. We have also been satisfied with the product itself. Very minor issues, and if/when we have had them they have been small enough that we have been willing to deal with. However, I am confident that Blindster would remedy the issues if we felt the need to pursue.”

“This the second time I ordered from Blindster. I was so impressed with this product on a kitchen sliding door I knew I had to order a second set for the Great Rooms sliding doors. Once the project is completed I will send pictures. Plus I have a question about trapezoidal windows. Is it possible to make a set of blinds for them?”
