“We love our new blinds. We did extensive research before pulling trigger with your company and found exactly what we needed to fit a very strange spot with no access to a pull cord. We found the ordering process easy and the instructions on how to measure were simple to follow. Our blinds arrived in a timely manner and my husband installed them with no issues and they fit perfect. We purchased the remote option because of how high up they are and so far it's working fine. If I have any negatives (deduction of one star) it would be that they should come fully charged already since we wanted to install them as soon as we opened them and the price point is comparably a bit high, but the other places didn't have "exactly" what we were looking for at a lower price.”

“The blinds look great, fit and work as expected. The reason for the 4 stars was the customer service. When it seemed the blinds had been in production for longer than expected, I emailed for a status. Magically the FedEx label was printed after my email. On day 5 since the label was printed but the blinds were not in FedEx possession, I chatted with them. Miraculously, FedEx got the package after my chat. I thought that was a little too coincidental and the estimate to ship was not accurate. Thus the 4 stars instead of 5.”

“The shades look and work great. They were easy to install but we had to call for help to get the remote to work. They need to be plugged in to recharge every 6 months which is a bummer since they’re hard to reach (hence the need to have them motorized).”

“As a first time cutomer, I was anxious. Ordered 3 shades for a bay window. Received order in the time frame identified and communication regarding shade production/status was great. Installation was easy and instructions were well written. Only concern is the center (larger) shade does not retract to the same height as the side shades. Difference is a full 1 1/4 inches. Attempted to modify factory retraction preset, but to no avail.”
