“1 of 2 identical blinds came with a sag in the material. I took a photo and sent it to customer service. So far, no support in getting it fixed.”

“The shades are very nice, but the install instructions are not easy. The hardware given does not really work for an inside windows frame install.It needs the same hardware as a cellular shade. I had requested the other hardware and the person responding quit replying to my request. A lot of money for shades, that don't install correctly and your client services needs some work.”

“The outside mount blinds are a wonderful solution for old windows that open inward. Each window can open independently without getting caught up in long curtains but still look as elegant as heavy drapery. The quality of the materials is good and I installed them myself easily. You just have to raise them slowly so they will fold up smoothly. I plan to purchase more, but they are a little pricey so I will just purchase one room at a time.”
