“Shutters were easy to put together and are sturdy and of good quality. I had submitted incorrect measurements initially and had to have them re-done. Not Blindster’s fault. The customer service on the replacement shutters was excellent.”

“I had a very narrow window that required some kind of covering. After researching Blindsters product offerings, I found something that could work. I received the shutters and they fit like a glove. Very good quality and exactly as described.”

“Ordered the plantation shutters and they were made perfectly according to the measurements I submitted. Unfortunately the frame was damaged in shipping. I called customer service and they responded promptly saying that the order would be remade. I will use Blindster for all of our window.”

“I am very satisfied with the quality of the shutters and the workmanship. I did have a problem with shipment damage one of the shutters I received was damage. However after contacting customer service and send them a photo of the damage they manufactured a new shutter and ship it out to me. It really pays to deal with a reputable company all though they were a lot more expencive that the discout blind stores you can not put a price on good service and a quality.”
