“The shades have a thin darkened border on the bottom; however, the smaller shade has a much wider dark border on the bottom that is the width of an entire row rather than slim border. This looks strange and not consistent with the other shades nor photos we viewed online. Will you replace this shade? Otherwise we are pleased with the quality of the other shades. FedEx delivery took a long time with mixed messages received about delivery dates.”

“Overall I'm happy with the purchase. The workmanship is very good. The fabric quality is mid grade in my opinion. It just does not have that luxury feel. I hope the lining holds up well to protect it from the sun. Everything I needed for installation was included and it was easy to install. My one suggestion is to have a dark color option for the pull strings. My walls are dark and the white strings stick out like a sore thumb.”
