“I was delighted by the excellence displayed by everyone from order, customer support and technical support. The shades are great and easy to install. I was very impressed by the packaging . It was very strong and resistant to damage that happens with bowes from Amazon, WalMart, etc. They should take lessons from Blindster. I'll be ordering in the future as our remodel plans go forward. Don't go for the cheap stuff from China. This American Company is the real deal.”

“I was very disappointed when I started to install my new Roman shade. In my experience, anchors are almost always needed since drywall is generally the material being drilled into. This shade did not come with anchors for the screws. The directions said you will have to get them yourself. What?? I’ve never not had anchors provided with the 100’s of products I’ve installed. What a pain. Now I have to make a trip to HD to find the correct anchors.”

We understand how frustrating it can be to start a project only to realize a trip to the hardware store is needed. While we appreciate your point, we don’t include anchors with our Roman shades since the type needed can vary depending on the surface being mounted into.
