“I love the fabric, but have two issues. The wide shade did not have 4 holes to attach as you recommend so it sags a bit and there is a defect in the fabric on smaller shade. Defect in weaving. Took pics as advised but have been told I need more. Given two videos to try and fix defect (which are bunched extra threads as far as I can see) but videos are of no use since defect is different and in middle of shade. Cannot get access to it because of lining. They work smoothly. Will have to live with defect. I took 10 year warranty, so hope that, if anything else happens, it will be honored.”

“We had over 30 inside blinds made. All fit perfectly and installed easily. A couple metal piece were slightly dent apparently from shipping but are hidden behind the valence so no problem.”

“This was our first time ordering from Blindster, we took a chance ordering online, and we are very happy with them and the product. The prices were much more affordable than other vendors we looked at and the quality is better, in my opinion, than others we looked at. Customer service answered all my questions before we ordered and contacted me when I made an error in the order before it was processed. One shade came in the wrong size and like they said, they replaced it for free, all we paid was shipping. My husband was able to install them easily and they look great! I highly recommend them and would order again.”
