“The location of the pull cord is poorly placed. It is located behind the shade and is difficult reach when putting shade up or down. A real pain in the rear!”

“Three identical window dimensions did not produce three identical length shades. QC (quality control) stamp missing from the too long shade and same shade also had bad stitching on one end. These are minor but of course I noticed them. Not a return or replace situation, but QC should be more careful.”
