“I ordered 2 blinds in my first ever order and though one of the blinds head rail was intact, the other was broken. These are very heavy shades and the head rails should be stronger wood with metal reinforcements. Also the hardware used n the head rail was flimsy and came out repeatedly during installation. Besides the fabric being good I was not too pleased with any of the construction of the blinds.I hope they remain on without incident. I will however say the customer service was very helpful and has sent the other blind to be remade and shipped to us right away.”

“I wanted something dressier than a simple shade but didn't want curtains. Roman shades were the perfect solution. Being able to get samples to color match made this purchase easy. My husband did the installation and had no problem. I was worried about cleaning, but so far simply vacuum them and it seems to be working. I love my roman shades !!”

“I made the mistake of not ordering samples - the blinds arrived, in no time very well made - but the fabric was terrible, thin and shiny like a cheap wedding dress. Blindster refunded most of my money - but I had to ship the unwanted blinds back to them which cost 180!! I then ordered around 20 different white Roman blind fabric samples. We wanted simple off-white cotton canvas. All the samples were cheap-looking polyester. I was told they don't do cotton. Wanted to give them my business but I did not re-order,”
