“I found the installation very difficult with the screws provided-I think Phillps screws would be so much easier. I was a bit nervous when I first saw the shades out of the box-they seemed short-but when hung, they became long enough. They are beautiful, but I do think they are pricey.”

“Having never used Blindster prior to this order, I was a bit apprehensive regarding the cut, quality, and ease of installation regarding my order. Wow, was I pleasantly surprised! The Roman Shades are beautiful, they fit perfectly, and were the easiest window treatment we have ever installed - just 3 screws each!!! I love them so much I ordered 2 more for my living room windows! I would recommend Blindster to anyone I know.”

“These Roman Shades are beautiful - well made, and they lift and lower with ease. My husband had some trouble installing the smaller one when the shade wouldn't snap into the header. He feels there needs to be better instructions on how the shade attaches to the clip. It was very frustrating. He figured it out for the second shade, though. We are both pleased with their appearance.”

“The plastic beaded pulls seem cheap and flimsy. I hope they last.The fabric is ok, the installation ok but again flimsy my husband thought it was sturdy enough.”

I'm sorry you aren't happy with your roman shades. You can return the blinds under our Satisfaction Guarantee for a full refund of the cost of the blinds.
