“I have always appreciated the great people in customer service, as well as the quality of product and efficiency of delivery and notifications. This time, however, I did not receive a shipping notification. In addition, I noticed a lessening of quality in parts...specifically the plastic clips which secure the slats, which did not seem as stable, perhaps because I ordered PVC rather than faux wood blinds. These blinds did fit perfectly in the window, and all in all I am satisfied, but I definitely prefer the faux wood blinds I purchased a number of years ago.”
