“Had a mistake when ordering and emailed to see if it could be fixed. My problem was immediately taken care of. My blinds came weeks before the expected ship date. I got the light beige color and was very pleased. It looks exactly like the pic online. The blinds were easy to install, great quality and look wonderful!!!”

“We are very happy with this blind. We had a little trouble installing it, not sure if we misunderstood the instructions for measuring the location of the mounting hardware or if it could have been written better. We had to drill several holes before getting it right, the holes are mostly covered by the blind.”

“I truly love my verticles. Had one small problem. They couldn't be installed until several weeks after delivery, (My installer had a broken wrist!). While having them installed, it was discovered that each of the two had a different opener. One had a rod and the other had a chain attachment. I would rather have had them be the same.”
