“I had ordered the larger sized blinds for my living room previously and then ordered these smaller window sized blinds. These open with chains and ties rather than with the plastic wands that are on the larger sized blinds. Im not sure that I like this type of mechanism. Seems like it would be easier to strip out if they are opened incorrectly. I like the wand which opens by pushing the blinds acoss the window opening and also twists to open up then panels while the blinds are closed. But other than that they look very nice. Havent had to clean them yet so not sure on that aspect yet.”
