“I love the product. It fits great and looks fantastic. Unfortunately I got confused on your instructions and did not follow them correctly. I saw the diagram and proceeded thus without correctly reading step 3 which told me to do step 8 first. Yeah. I stupidly followed step 2 with step 3 and proceeded on. When I got to step 8 I realized my error. I can only ask you clarify the instructions for idiots like me.”
