“We have always placed a cheaper brand blind on the sliding doors in the kitchen, wanted to do an upgrade and we really did. These blinds are very nice looking, not cheap looking and are easy to put together. Was afraid they would be damaged in the shipping but there was not a scratch on them. Love them and would recommend them.”

“Customer service is everything with a business and Blindster had great customer service! Unfortunately my order had a few issues (a broken hardware piece and a broken stem on the track). The shipment might of caused the damage (I'm not sure), but it did come all the way from California to Indiana... and a 114 inch package probably gets pretty beat up along the way. However, Blindster was quick to get a replacement shipped out (in addition to one of the changes I had requested if it had to be remade). They also stayed in touch on updates. I'm very happy with the blinds, and the customer service could not have been better! My only suggestion would be to send a few extra hardware pieces (at least for plastic pieces that can get broken during shipment), and possibly use more packaging for the fragile parts.”
