“Initial order, track was jammed. Trying to manually move pegs, a piece fell out, which probably caused the jamming. Reported and was sent a new track. Upon installation discovered the cord end of the track was damaged, broken end piece and broken "peg". I was able to disassemble the broken pieces and replace with parts from the original track, however the broken "peg" is virtually impossible to replace. I was able to secure the vane on the broken peg by using a mini zip tie. It appears everything is working as it should. I think the damage was caused during shipping. Though there was no obvious packing damage, it looks like some used the track like a javelin or pole vault. LOL. Other than that I am pleased with the service and product and plan on ordering additional dual cell shades.”

“We purchased vertical blinds that mount inside the window. Even though we followed the directions on how to measure the length is shorter than I would like. They don't seem to close as tightly as I would like, but for the price they work out just fine. They look nice hanging.”

“The blinds are beautiful once you install. The instructions picture a part that is not included nor is needed for the installation. Very confusing. Love the product. My entire house has your blinds and only 2 are vertical and they are the only ones that gave me problems.”

“Vertical vinyl blinds were installed in a house we wanted to sell to replace old mangled ones. We have a contract on the house with only 4 days on market. The blinds certainly didn't hurt. Because they were about 10 feet long, I had my wife hold one end while I mounted the other end. It was easy and they look really nice. Blinds spin 360 degrees and gather on one end in my configuration. The mechanicals seem to work well.”
