Blinds arrived by supposedly direct freight and the blinds and aluminum frame were all bent up on one end

So sorry to hear that these blinds showed up damaged, Kirk. That shouldn't happen. Someone from management will be contacting you about this issue so that we can get it fixed immediately.

Product: The product itself is good. I like the color, how it hangs, and it's functionality. Measuring: I called for help on the measurement since the molding of the slider was not flat. I knew I needed an outside mount, but nowhere could I find the dimensions of the bracket to hold the header. I either needed the width of the bracket to add to the width of the blind or the height if I installed above the molding. The customer service rep could not understand my problem. She kept insisting I just use the standard measurement tool on their site. I finally got her to go ask for the information I needed. I made my own assumption to do the mount outside the side of the slider. Problem was the width of the blind required a third bracket. I was never told this information. With the third bracket I was forced to install above the slider. This caused the length to be shortened by about two inches. Very disappointing. Delivery schedule. I was also not told how long it would take to receive the blinds. I allowed 10 days before I went on vacation for 2 weeks. Hiwever, it took two weeks to arrive. Now I had to get someone to watch for and bring in the blind. It also put the installation time past the 10 days the company gives you to report issues. Immediately after ordering is a review. I didn't know how long it would take to deliver, yet they asked ME to estimate how long I thought it would take to ship. Very odd! I like the looks and functionality of the blinds, but was disappointed with the service and delivery. I was also shocked at the additional $75 shipping fee because the width exceeded standard shipping lengths.

This is honestly great feedback and something we appreciate. In the future, we will educate our customer service reps on solving measurement issues, such as these, with better instruction. We are so sorry for the delay in delivery time. Since all of our products are custom, we want to ensure we create the highest quality products.
