“I ordered six new blinds for my house. Three were the same width, two others were the same width and one of a different width. But all were the same length, 35 1/4 inches. and all were inside mount. The packing slip, invoice and each label are marked 35 1/4. However all blinds are 37 1/2 which makes several slats stack up on the sill and makes the open and closer gizmo not work very well.”

Hi James, I am sorry to hear that you did not realize that the blinds heights were going to come longer than requested. This is something we advise of in our measuring instructions online that we ask that you check the box that you understand prior to purchasing. ~~~~ "STEP 2: The factory will add a minimum of 2 1/2" to the height you order. This additional height is needed to that the blind will tilt properly." I'm sorry if there was any confusion about this but we will have an agent reach out to you about this. “I like these blinds as they are easy to install and the vertical alignment doesn't collect dust like most horizontal blinds. Well worth the money. I bought my first ones 6 years ago and they still look new in my bedroom where I have oversized windows.”
