“hear Rush saying how they will replace a product even if YOU make a mistake. How could you make a mistake? they make it simple to order. well I ordered two vertical blinds and when they arrived I had them laid out on the floor. my wife looked and said "that one is wrong!". same color, but slightly different texture. checked the order and I did indeed make a mistake. very similar description, but different. the folks at Blindster were terrific, told them what happened and they sent me a replacement with no hassle. great service!”
