“This is a very good product at a great price. However, customer service was exceptional. I miss-measured, and they sent new blinds for $20, no questions asked. Also held shipment for me, when i was going to be out of town on likely delivery date. Very satisfied customer.”

“We were excited to get these, they look good and went up quick. We have only had them about 6 months and most of the blinds are now broken off. The amount of plastic that makes the hole that connects the blinds to the track is very small. The walmart ones that we had lasted 10 years and were much cheaper. This is a shame because we redid every window etc in the house and the window blinds are great. But these vertical were garbage.”

“Measured blinds as directed online and ordered! Super easy process and blinds came as needed and on time. The only problem was the $75 shipping charge - that was a little ridiculous. Nonetheless, very happy with the product and the site.”
