“My contact was Linda M. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Answered all questions and concerns. FedEx was a concern. The pkg was left next door with no attempt to let anyone know. They delivered to a wrong address 4 times b/f they left them next door. Shipping should look into this and all orders should have to have a signature. I would recommend Blindster to anyone but not FedEx for a shipper. Linda M is the one to speak with when considering blinds for them.”

“The blinds were fine; however, the mounting for the adjustment cords were cheap looking and looked even worse when mounted. This should be improved or eliminated.”

“Great experience start to finish! Web site was user friendly-good tips on measuring. Verticals arrived promptly and in perfect condition-packaged very well. Installation was a breeze! This was the first time I've ever installed verticals. They look so good-improved my patio doors and living room. I liked that I could mount the chain and the cord tension pieces to the wall-nice and neat with no loose chain and cord. Price was very reasonable for having ordered custom measurements. This was the easiest part of decorating my living room! I recommend Blindster to my family and friends! Thank you!”

“These blinds were too long and scraped my windowsill. I checked my measurements again after installation and my measurements were right on. I didn't want to wait for the return time, so I got and exacto knife and cut 1/8" off of the bottom of every louvre. They look fine now, but it was a hassle.”
