“First, Blindsters customer service and support are amazing, maybe the best I've ever dealt with. I ordered 15 blinds and 14 fit absolutely perfectly....the 15th was a complete mess up on my part. Called them to order a replacement, and it took about 5 minutes, including a nice chat with a super sweet lady. ....a week later the replacement showed up and fit perfect5ly. As to these shades, they make a world of difference keeping the heat in. I live in the mountains of Montana and needed something to keep the heat in. Did a lot of research before ordering and these were the best option, adding R5 insulation to my windows. After having these one month we have watched our heat usage drop dramatically, and can definitely feel a difference when the blinds are raised. We ordered the "Straw" color and they accent a white room with brown trim beautifully....these things are definitely high quality, and we have received several compliments on them. Add the quality to the customer service and warranty and these are a no brainer if you need to add insulation to your windows.”

“Have been looking for blackout cellular shades. Was told to check out Blindster. I am glad i did as they were the cheapest of anyone especially blinds.com! I bought the Super Value black out blinds. They are more like heavy duty cardboard for the "material" but! they work perfectly for my needs and i did not pay alot for them so, you get what you pay for. Will always go back to Blindster, fast and quick delivery, with the best coupons.”
