“Excellent customer service! Fantastic price - I shopped!! Quality meets price. The only difference from super expensive product, which I have ordered in the past, is that the blind goes a tiny bit wonky when it is raised and lowered. With that said it would still order again in a heartbeat!”

“Great quality and customer service. My husband and I were exhausted by multiple trips to different stores in search of blinds, only to be disgusted with prices. We decided to say "the hell with it" and ordered off Blindster without getting samples. Costumer service called us concerned with our order because we had not ordered any samples before hand. That kind of attention to detail with this size of company is pretty impressive! The blinds came within 10 days of ordering and they did not disappoint! My husband is a carpenter by trade and is very particular. He was very satisfied and was able to install each blind within 5 min.”

“The blackout top down cordless are superb. They look elegant and are made of great quality. I'm very pleased with the overall construction of the blinds. They are easy to operate and installation was straightforward. The blinds also arrived quicker than expected. The shades themselves feel of a papery material which appears durable. I would buy them again.”

“The blinds are a great price and they arrived in less than a week, which included a freak spring snow storm. One of the blinds arrived bent during shipping, but Blindster promptly sent a replacement. Same with a small blind with the bottom rail not hanging level, a replacement is being sent.”
