“Believing my metal door was made of wood did not help. Blindster and I have been in touch. Each contact was an outstanding experience; here they are: #1. Ordering was almost fun and the price, more than fair. #2. They replied with: back-ordered. Uh huh. Yeah. #3. To prevent 'whack-a-mole', I asked what was available. #4. Metal door: support said "metal or self-tapping screws". Outcome: Blindster traded me up one grade of material and I'm delighted with the bamboo shade. It looks great. Installation required a visit to our LOCAL (that's right) hardware and $1.39 for screws, done and done. For the quality, support, speed of service, ease of installation, I'd buy here again without question.”

“One blind looks somewhat uneven on blinds themselves and has a string not attached hanging down . Feel like it wasn't inspected well at the manufacturing. Other than that satisfied as long as they hold up. Time will tell”

“They are great quality and look fantastic. Could not be happier with my purchase. The price was unbelievable compared to some of the quotes I got from full service blind competitors for custom shades. Order the samples, measure twice! And order them...you won't regret it.”
