“They arrived soon after the order. The fit is perfect and they look great. Installation was easy, no problems at all. The only negative was that the phillips head screws stipped out a couple of times, I had the same size screws with torque heads and switched to them, no problems.”

“My blinds arrived and did not fit! Hold on - this was totaly my own fault. The window frame was not square on my new construction home. I should have measured all the way up top of the window when ordering. I called customer service and explained that the top 8 inches of the window frame angled in, causing the bliind not to fit. They informed me of their guaranteed fit option and then proceeded to ask me very detailed questions, to insure that the remake would fit. They only charged me for shipping the remake. They arrived swiftly and fit perfectly. I could not ask for a better customer experience. I highly recommend Blindster.com!”

“We built a new home at the Jersey Shore. We consulted a different blind company who came in and gave us an estimate of $7,000 for the 25 window blinds that we needed. After just going through an expensive construction that was way too much for our budget. We found Blindster and ordered two just to make sure we liked the quality and to make sure we could install. They were beautiful and we were able to install ourselves. We completed our order and couldn’t be happier. With the 25 blinds we ordered, we had one size mishap which was immediately corrected and replaced by the company. It will be arriving in three days.”

“The blind arrived well-packaged, when expected, and appears to be good quality and coloring. It was much heavier than expected, so I didn't feel comfortable hanging it myself since the width was nearly a half inch wider than what I ordered. I was able to make it fit my window frame with some help drilling the holes, while covering more of the trim than I intended. The coloring of the bamboo works well in my bedroom. I just wish they would hang in a straight line. The blind was difficult to open the first time, and will take some getting used to. I'd like to order three additional blinds for two bedrooms and a bathroom, but I'm questioning how to order the width. Do I suggest 1/2" shorter than I did last time, or will they arrive too short? That's my delimmna.”

“After I ordered the bamboo shades there must have been a production shortage. I received an email telling me that It would be an additional few weeks to receive them. I called to cancel my order, but decided to go ahead with the order. I received the shades ahead of the new time line, and i'm very happy that I didn't cancel. They are exactly what I wanted!”
