“This is the second time I have ordered from Blindster and I had the same exact experience. The product is excellent in my opinion. Exactly what I wanted. Tracking, unfortunately, is horrible. Initial target date passes. Nothing, nothing, nothing, then finally tracking number created by shipping department but then days and days and days before anything happens. And then once it does, it’s already on your porch and then the next day they tell you!?! Both times, by then, I had gone out of town and was lucky enough to have a friend grab them off my porch before a porch pirate did. But again, excellent product.”

We do want to apologize for the confusion around tracking. The estimated ship date is the range your order is expected to leave our facility, not the date of delivery. Since these shades pass through customs, there’s sometimes a gap in tracking updates until FedEx receives and scans the package. For future orders, we suggest signing up for FedEx tracking notifications to get updates as soon as the package is in transit and a delivery window is available.
