“More so than rating the shades I bought, I want to praise their customer service. Due to my error, I received an incorrect blind. Before I knew it, the correct one was here. No questions asked. On another blind, the header of the window wad not compatible with the bracket. A few pictures later, and a consult with their engineers, a new bracket arrived. All this in a very timely fashion. Excellent customer service!”
