“I ordered cordless bamboo shades. They were shipped within a reasonable amount of time since they had to be made. Upon receipt they seem very nicely made, easy to install and of good quality. Unfortunately, I measured wrong and had to reorder. I called customer service who was great ,very helpful ,and they're actually remaking the bamboo shades and only charging me shipping. I couldn't be happier with their service!”

“I bought the bamboo sand mesh blinds and really like them. The blinds allow light in but provide privacy. Plus, they are cordless and easy to move up and down. I ordered more for additional windows. Only problem was a mismeasurement. One blind was an inch and half short but I had allowed for extra length so I decided to live it with rather than pay for shipping for the corrected item. It was 65" wide and shipping would have been costly. Installation did require two people.”

“The blinds we ordered were exactly what we wanted. They came as advertised. My wife and I are well pleased. The only problem I had was that the installation screws are flimsy. I had several heads strip and even break off. Nothing wrong with the blinds, themselves.”

“These shades installed perfectly. They are solid, symmetrical, and flawless. They literally blackout the room when closed so I don't know why anyone would order the optional blackout backing. The instructions were simple, the packaging was top notch and the operation of the cordless shades is smooth. We wish that we had known about these in our previous homes. We just can't say enough good things about this initial install.”
