“Revised: Great customer service. When they read my original review that mentioned the issue outlined below, I was contacted immediately and two new pieces sent out at no cost to me. All fixed and looking great! I highly recommend! These came quickly and fit the doors perfectly. They were easy install and the color was spot on and the same as the sample I had ordered. Love that service by the way. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is that one of the side pieces that you velcro on doesn't work. The velcro was put on backwards so it doesn't stick. So that's disappointing.”

“We had three large windows to dress. Two of the shades turned out perfect. One of them sits differently, for some reason it doesn’t sit flush where installed. And it was installed exactly the same as the other two. Also, more light comes through that one. The bamboo seems thinner or something. We can’t quite figure it out.”
