“Blinds are just about perfect...sizing is exactly as I requested, hanging them was simple, color and quality very nice and pricing was good. My only complaint (and this is probably true of all cordless blinds) is that they are hard to raise and lower straight...one or two always seem to be crooked. Overall I'm very pleased...thank you Blindster!”

“I like the way these blinds look but the installation was so very difficult. The brackets need to be about 1/16" wider so that you can put screws in behind the bolt that holds the blind. The website should say that it takes two people to actually install the blind because it's nearly impossible to hold the blind up and screws in the thumbscrew at the same time.”

We do offer an installation video of how to install our products, if the shades are very wide it may be necessary for 2 people to assist. “I'm not sure why these show 5 stars, they are completely see through. Difficult to install which deters from a return. I'm taking them down and getting real shades off amazon.”

Hello Jillian, We appreciate your feedback on these shades and are so sorry you were not satisfied with your order. Our bamboo shades are made of all natural material and are going to provide limited privacy. We do however, offer a category called the Deluxe Bamboo Woven Wood Shade and these fabrics do have the option for a liner to be added on to the back of the shade for better light control and privacy. “Easy to install and I like the cordless feature. They are dee through at night so you might want a curtain to go with it. We are pleased with our purchase and have ordered more. Thank you.”

“Installation was a snap! Pattern is good, and the operation of the blind is perfect! Thanks for a great product. Only suggestion world be to have a more clear representation of what the blind will look like installed on a virtual window with the color and style choice”

“I did receive my Blindster shades and was very satisfied with the price, quality and delivery. I can't comment on the ease of installation as yet because the company I contacted to install them in my sunroom is closed due to the coronavirus situation.”
