“Product is high quality. Installation is a bit challenging. Even after drilling holes, the long screws were nearly impossible to tighten. Tried to use my drill with a screwdriver bit but it wouldn't stay seated on the screw head. Finally I succeeded with a socket and ratchet handle that gave me torque without slipping. Once tightened, the brackets made putting up the blinds very easy. Note: One of the blinds was missing a bracket. Customer service sent me the missing part but it took a week. I was bummed about having blinds on three of the panes in my bow window but no blind on the fourth. Blinds are easy to adjust for height but do tend to want to retract a bit. This will probably not be a long term problem. The fit is perfect and I love the look.”

“The cellular shades for a patio door came exactly as we had measured. And fitted perfectly. The shades raise and lower easily and are exactly what we expected, that is, they filter the morning light in that room. The price of these shades was better than fair. And service was excellent. I recommend Blindster. Excellent product and excellent service.”
