“I bought Blindster blinds for two of my homes. The only reason I haven't ordered more is that I ran out of windows! In my current home, the cord in one of my blinds broke, and I couldn't raise it. I contacted Blindster, and, even though I'd purchased it in 2015, they sent a replacement blind immediately. Since my blinds were 6 years old, the color had changed slightly. When I put up the replacement blind, it didn't match the one in the next window. No problem--they sent me a SECOND blind so my two windows would match! I can't say enough good things about the price, quality (made in USA!), and customer service, and I refer my friends to their company at every opportunity. Many thanks !”
