“Bought this shade to replace a different (but similar) one that started separating between folds (it was eight years old). Slightly more translucent than previous shade. Top, rear of headrail (which doesn't show after installation) had two distinct gouges in the aluminum, and small areas of three of the folds in the shade were mis-folded (easily corrected by isolating and pinching back into proper place). Brackets are serviceable, but not as "forgiving" as brackets from the previous blind. Handles of this shade are just plain ugly, and if I could replace them, I would. On-sale price is good, delivery was on time, turnaround time was good, installation was not difficult, but easier with previous blinds purchased from Blindster. With three or more brackets, proper alignment is very important. I live in sunny Florida, so I'll judge quality at some time in the future, since accordion separation has been an issue with previous purchase.”
