“I was very pleased with my blinds the only glitch was the postoffice delivered them to the wrong address,even tho the correct address was on the package. luckily the person called and I was able to get the order. Would recommend this company to my friends and family. We have'nt installed them yet but don't think there wil be any problems!”

“These shades are excellent. Fit wasreally good and the quality was great. There was small manufacturing defect in both the blinds we received. I contactded customer service and within 2 hours, they responded and said they would replace the defective blinds. The blinds were remanufactured and sent to us arriving in the anticipated time frame. The replacement blinds were perfect. We are very pleased and would definitely recommend Blinster.com to anyone looking for shades.”

“Overall these blinds are pretty good. The raising and lowering mechanics are my biggest complaint, the action feels a little too light like maybe the spring tension could be a bit higher. Also they don't always come up or down at a level angle. Overall pretty good, but they just don't feel as w as I'd expected.”
