“The Blinds arrived timely. The packaging was sturdy and intact. I was impressed upon first inspection. Very pretty and true to color on website. Nice quality for the price point. The mechanics on the blinds seem very high quality-an important component on top up/bottom down blinds. There was some very minor damage I noticed on the blinds which was taken care of promptly and and beyond my satisfaction by a customer service person named Kelley. Very easy communication by email. I feel confidant recommending this company.”

“Nicely made; install was good; look is what I wanted. all 5 blinds operate fine. However, 1of 3 of same size blinds (next to each other in my window) is lighter shade - wish all 3 were same color. Backside view from outside: top of shade where wood brace is exposed is not attractive = would like to get extra strips of bamboo to glue to back so it is not so awkward looking from outside (same issue with end caps of that wood frame). Do like your products - have ordered many.”

“I really like my blindster blinds. The size is perfect and I like the color of the blinds. The sun does come through but that was to be expected. I like it that I can just push the blinds up or down and don't need to use a cord. The one thing I do not like is that you can see from the outside the back of the top part where it is installed. Wish there were a cover hiding it.”
