I have never run further than about 5km without getting blisters. Over the weekend I ran 3 races totaling about 40km and my feet are great. No blisters! These are awesome. I have them in all of my running and trail shoes. Would recommend to anyone.

My daughter plays netball and football and we were really struggling to get the foot blisters under control. Great results - very pleased with the ENGO pads.

I suffered from terrible blisters every time I wore my runners; especially where the arch of my foot met my orthotic. Desperate to be able to exercise without pain, I tried the Engo patches, with instant results. I never wear runners without Engo now and recommend them to anyone who suffers from Blisters. Hubby also wears them to stop blisters on the back of his heel. They last forever, so definitely good value for money.

I had been looking for something to help me with some long distance running, a fellow runner mentioned Rebecca's site and products and after doing some trials, I have to say they do exactly what they say they do. Have brought many sets of the Engo patches and are in all my running shoes, new and old. The only small downside is the new version running shoes don't have material on the sides and walls which allows you to stick them on and stay stuck for long periods of time, every where else in the shoe, no problems.

I was almost ready to throw out a pair of hiking boots that were only 6 months old because they caused blisters every time I wore them. My friend recommended these engo patches and they were the perfect solution. I haven't had blisters since added the patches to my boots. The trick to success is ensure that the shoes are washed and dried before application and time is allowed for the patches to adhere properly. I've found the patches last at least 12 months.

You're right Ellen, Engo patches can turn a blister-causing boot into a super-comfortable boot. That initial adhesion is really important as you say, thanks for pointing that out. Appreciate your insights!

I have suffered terribly from Blisters while playing Netball for well over 20 years. The ENGO Blister Prevention Patches were a godsend. Particularly surprising and pleasing was not ending up with any blisters after surviving an entire 3 day Country Carnival over 3 years ago without a blister. I now regularly recommend to other players within our club and league to anyone who suffers from Blisters.

Great feedback Nyssa. Netball is probably THE most blister-susceptible sport there is. Thanks for spreading the word, we really appreciate it!
