“I had uncomfortable new hiking boots that I couldn't seem to break in ,and developed blisters each time I walked more than 10 km in them. The Engo patches I put inside the boots at all the pressure points and I have never had a problem since. They have really contributed to my enjoyment and confidence on days of long hiking. Thoroughly recommended”

“I chose this pack to prevent arch blisters over a year ago, the video on this site showing how to fit them to your shoes is really helpful. Before finding these I was just living with blisters which is horrible! The patches outlived the life of my shoes so they end up being much cheaper than constantly treating blisters and save a lot of time.”

“When a friend put me into engo patches I was at the point of trying anything, I had suffered from blisters for anything above day 10km. I was at my wits end. So I bought some. When they arrived I don't mind saying I was disappointed. I mean how on earth could these slip of a things help prevent blisters? But I'd bought them now so may as well try them. I was sold! Oh my gosh my blisters were no more. How?? I don't care how, I'm just so relieved. I've done numerous halves and one full marathon with them and not one blister. And I sing the praises to anyone who will listen. Truly amazing product.”

“I have purchased Engo patches twice for my son, who played soccer and suffered from blisters all the time. It was like a miracle, blisters are gone, such a relief. The patches are easy to apply, they stuck very well to the boots and last long. We stick them to every new pair of boots just to prevent blisters and my son can enjoy his boots with confidence , while before new boots always ment new blisters. Will be buying more of this little helpers.”
